Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and meet the following conditions:

  • Item is returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Item is unworn, unaltered, and undamaged

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@borago.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Please note that bank processing times may vary and may take a few extra days to reflect in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@borago.shop and we will assist you further.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@borago.shop and we will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered safely. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
